Sweet Sundays

This Sunday, Derek led worship at church. It's a really amazing sense of joy in watching him lead others in worship our great and amazing God. Especially when he has the biggest smile on his face while doing it. Derek has encouraged me to try out for worship team so in the next coming weeks I'm going to join him and the band. Exciting, but also terrifying!

After church, we had some yummy chicken salad crossiant sandwiches, watched Friends (we are on season 9), skyped with our families, went for a great spring day walk (Derek was in shorts) and stopped at Baskin Robbins for a treat. My sweet husband also spied some beautiful flowers along the way and bought me a springy assortment of barely pink and orange roses. Is he romantic or what? My dad always buys my mom flowers. I've always loved seeing them around the house knowing that he gave them to her. Now, I have a husband of my own who brings me flowers to surprise me.

We only checked our email 20,000 times throughout the day to see if Baby Caleb had arrived yet. I predicted April 4th, so we are waiting to hear some news today!!!!
