Big guy, big changes

Ezra is 16 weeks old today and we have introduced a couple of bottles a week to give mommy a much needed break. I had some milk expressed today and thought to try a bottle with my very fussy baby. Low and behold Ezra took the bottle Instantly and held it on his own. My little man couldn't do this a week ago or even a day ago, but today he did. He is amazing me daily. Our babes grow way too fast. Ezra is mimicking my face and Derek's laugh. It is so important to me to reflect the love of Christ to Ezra so that he will grow knowing that love. It has been more challenging to be a mommy lately with a teething baby who is also going through a growth spurt. I have to pause for a moment, say a prayer of thanks and wait for the smile on his face when he realizes that mommy is here ready to love and snuggle. My baby is growing up.
