Hiking Gwanaksan

This past weekend Amanda, Derek, Cam and I braved the elements (aka...cold rain) and hiked to the summit of Gwanaksan. (Nak means "rocky" and san means "mountain" so it was a pretty rocky climb. The forecast for the day called for a 95% chance of rain. We went anyway. We started out with mist, then hopped rocks in sprinkles, slipped a bit through rain and made it to the summit just in time for pelting wind and rain. Typically the view is a panorama of Seoul. Not so on the day we went hiking, but the views were still spectacular. These pictures are not from my camera, (due to the rain), but I hope you enjoy them anyway!
